Last weekend, Tusker project fame hosted the ever fascinating Muthoni Ndonga popularly known as ‘Muthoni the Drummer Queen ‘.
Muthoni is celebrated due to her authentic sound which she describes ‘Afro- Electro'. Afro Electro an edgy mix of loud African drums & rhythmic patterns with Hip-Hop/ Rap, Electronic/Dance, RnB, Soft Rock, Floe-try & Other experimental sounds creating an intoxicating fusion of sounds.’
Her music has brought her a throng of devoted fans but it seems that the fans come with a band-wagon of 'fans' who were not too excited over her last performance and had this to say:
Lucy Joy - i did n it ws a total crap,,ws sh under influence of drugs or smthing??n her hairstyl a disgrace 2 th modern woman nkt.
Jona Kibet - Mediocre, petty, naive and noisy for nothing. Lack talent and dressing is terrible. Not worth.
Francis Maina - that song she sang(nai ni who) was boring so to speak.
Joseph Mboo - Never ever! Am a christian. Her hair style is revealing and worrying alot. Woooye.
Wanjiru Githinji - It was such a terrible performance.she scared even
Eric Ambunya Alvin A - the perfomance was pathetic. i will never listen to her again.
Dfrey Willie Mungai - I prefer listening to muthoni's audio,than watch any of her video. That hair style is too ugly. .anakaa mchawi. .very very weird
Nick Mzytto - talent iko 10%...90% upuzi
Molly Nyokabi - she is ok,bt didnt lyk her music,boring.
