Avril Nyambura says she is not a lesbian and neither does she 'sleep around' with men as has long
been rumoured in the media.
According to SDE, the musician denied claims that she was bisexual or lesbian making it very clear that she was straight.
Whilst responding to the question; "Have you kissed a girl? There are rumours that you play for both teams?" during aninterview, Avril said,
"I am straight. I, however, have girls hitting on me all the time. It makes me uncomfortable because I do not want to offend, but at the same time, I don’t want to react and make them hope that something is going to happen."
